You Can Stop Here With A Full Pom Pom (Pictured On Left) – Just Trim It So It’s The Same Length All The Way Around. Or You Can Make A Knotted Pom Pom (Pictured On Right)

Knot The End Of Each Individual Piece Of Tulle

Keep Knotting Until Every Piece Of Tulle Has Knot On The End Of It
