Place Gift Directly Over The Middle Of The Strips

Tie tulle around the gift and make a bow
Step :
Cut The Big Loops On Your Bow So They Are Even With Other Strips
Step :
Pull Apart Layers Of Tulle And Fluff As You Go
Step :
Adjust until a fluffy bow has formed
