Cut A Piece Of Ribbon About 16
Step :
Lay Elastic Band On Top Of Ribbon And Fold Edge Of Ribbon Down Over It.
Step :
Taking Needle And Thread, Stitch The Ribbon In Place.
Step :
Sew Button To Other End Of Ribbon.
Step :
Insert Into A Book And Loop The Elastic Around The Button.
