Knot End Of Tulle And Trim Excess.
Step :
Start Twirling Tool Into A Coil.
Step :
Take Knot And Start Wrapping The Coil Of Tulle Around Itself, Forming Rose Shape.
Step :
Use Needle And Thread (Or Hot Glue) To Secure In Place As You Go.
Step :
Continue Until The Rose Is The Size You Want.
