Materials Needed:
Scissors & Cotton Curling Ribbon
Step :
Cut 12” Long Segments Of Ribbon. We Used 5 Pieces Of Each Color.
Step :
Curl Ribbon Strip With The Edge Of The Scissors.
Step :
Continue Curling Each Piece.
Step :
Layer The Curled Pieces Together, Pinching The Middle As You Go.
Step :
Tie A Strip Around The Ribbons To Secure Bow.
Step :
Fluff Until Its An Even Shaped Bow.
