| FAQ 3 - Content | We want you to have your printed product as soon as possible, because we know you and your customers will love it! But, like all good things in life, it does take some time. Our typical lead time for printed items is about 4-5 weeks, with a little bit longer lead times in our "busy season" (which are the few months leading up to "black Friday." If you need product ASAP, we can rush a case or two for you, but this does come with an additional fee. We highly recommend giving yourself a 2 month lead time, to ensure there is plenty of time to get artwork correct, get the items printed, and use standard shipping, to help save on your costs. |

| FAQ 4 - Content | We are so glad you asked because – yes, yes it can. Particularly with our eco-friendly paper bags, the tone can vary slightly from case to case, and order to order. This is because the content and tone of the recycled paper it is made with changes. With any unbleached paper, tone variance can and will happen. But using recyclable, reusable paper bags is good for the environment and with a nice shiny hot stamp on the bag, we doubt customers will notice the tone of the bag – they won’t be able to take their eyes off of your logo! |
